CANCELLATION POLICY
To confirm your reservation for Share the Sail, a $1,000 per person deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your cabin and is applied toward your total trip cost.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Deposit: $1,000 per person due upon booking.
First Payment: 50% of the remaining balance is due on November 1st.
Final Payment: Remaining balance is due on February 1st.
CANCELLATION TERMS
Until November 1st: Deposit is fully refundable. Any additional payments made will also be refunded in full.
Between November 1st and January 31st: Deposit is non-refundable. 50% of the total trip price will be forfeited.
On or After February 1st (Final Payment Due Date): 100% of the trip cost is non-refundable.
If We Are Able to Resell Your Cabin: Regardless of cancellation date, we will refund 100% of your payments.
SUBSTITUTIONS
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another guest up until 30 days prior to departure with written notice and approval from our team.
TRIP CANCELLATION BY ORGANIZERS
In the unlikely event that we must cancel the trip, all payments (including deposits) will be refunded in full.
