In 2026, we’re sailing Tahiti—and not just Tahiti, but the dreamiest parts of French Polynesia. Think crystal-clear lagoons, towering volcanic peaks, and quiet anchorages under the stars.
Our route will take us through:
Raiatea – the sacred heart of Polynesia and our starting point
Taha’a – the “Vanilla Island,” full of calm coves and coral gardens
Bora Bora – iconic views, vibrant reefs, and beachside bliss
Huahine – wild, untouched, and rich in ancient island culture
Each stop is packed with adventure, but the vibe is pure relaxation—tropical cruising at its best.

With a lively crew from all walks of life, we shared the perfect mix of adventure, connection, and island vibes — from hidden coves and Hobie cat races to scuba diving the Willy T and relaxing at beach bars like Foxy’s. You may arrive knowing no one, but you’ll leave with lifelong friends. We love the Lats & Atts crew!
How else would one explore the beautiful waters and islands of the Bahamas than with STS! We had a magical time filled with catamaran sailings, bonfires, fresh lobster, and towering lighthouses! This trip and the memories and friendships made is at the top of my lifetime experiences. Sail away!
I really love sailing with Share the Sail. I enjoyed the Bahamas, BVI and I am looking forward to Mallorca! It is great making new friends and working as a team to enjoy sailing every day. Getting up each morning with the sunrise, a morning swim, a day of sailing, dinner ashore via our dingy and star gazing at night! Great times with fun people in beautiful places!
SAMPLE ITINERARY
Exact itinerary may shift—because sailing’s all about chasing wind, not schedules. We’ll follow the breeze, trust the locals, and aim for maximum fun. Here’s a look at what this epic island-hopping adventure might look like.
Day One | April 25th | Arrive in Raiatea
Touch down in Raiatea, grab your flip-flops, and climb aboard! This lush island is the perfect place to meet your crew, crack a cold one, settle in, and get excited—we set sail first thing tomorrow.

Day Two | April 26th | Raiatea to Taha'a
Sail to Taha’a, famous for vanilla plantations, coral gardens, and peaceful lagoons. Snorkel a natural drift reef, explore a pearl farm, or relax on a quiet motu before anchoring for a tranquil night near this beautiful island.
15 Nautical Miles.
Day Three | April 27th | Taha'a to Bora Bora
Today we sail to iconic Bora Bora with its turquoise lagoon and jagged volcanic peaks. Snap photos as we enter the pass, anchor near a motu, and take in an unforgettable view of Mount Otemanu at sunset.
25 Nautical Miles.
Day Four | April 28th | Bora Bora Lagoon Day
Spend the day exploring Bora Bora’s crystal-clear lagoon. Swim with rays, snorkel vibrant coral reefs, or lounge on a white sand beach with a Hinano in hand. This is the stuff dreams (and screensavers) are made of.

Day Five | April 29th | Bora Bora to Huahine
We set sail for Huahine, a wild and sacred island rich in Polynesian culture. Discover ancient temples, lush trails, and quiet beaches. You’ll feel like you’ve time-traveled to old Tahiti—untouched, welcoming, and completely breathtaking.
35 Nautical Miles.
Day Six | April 30th | Huahine to Raiatea
Begin the return sail toward Raiatea with time for one last snorkel stop or motu picnic. Reflect on the journey as we anchor for the evening, surrounded by calm waters, great friends, and fading golden light.
25 Nautical Miles.
Day Seven | May 1st | Raiatea Last Day
Enjoy a full day in Raiatea before disembarkation. Visit local markets, paddle the Faaroa River, or just chill on deck with your crew. Our final night is for laughter, toasts, and soaking in island magic.

Day Eight | May 2nd | Disembark in Raiatea
Disembark in the morning with salty skin, sun-kissed memories, and stories to last a lifetime. Whether this was your first sail or your fiftieth, one thing’s for sure—you’ll never forget French Polynesia. Until next time!
